Strategy
T.E.A.C.H.
Train – men to be effective church planters in rural villages
Equip – pastors to train future leaders with a full Bible education
Assist – with self-support farming & church building construction
Care – via pastoral fellowship, and encouraging life-long learning
Help – with translation, print and recording ministries

A key component of our strategy is providing theological training
and developing ministry competencies in Zimbabwean pastoral students.
And just like Paul was a tent-maker, we are teaching the men skills and techniques for small-scale farming so they can support themselves in ministry as they take the gospel to their people.
Our method is to train the student in the local church...in the rural village setting.
Theology and Bible classes, one-on-one Mentoring, and Apprenticeships...all in the context of ministry, just like Paul did with Timothy.

Finally, the pastor will become a model farmer, helping his people
move from subsistence farming to profitable farming.

The congregation would then be financially able to help plant
the next church in the next village.
